We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling renewable energy solutions to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the sales team in Greece and south European market and driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, ensure customer retention, and contribute to the overall success of our
sales team and business.
We are looking for someone who is seasoned, hardworking, and highly motivated to achieve outstanding results. Your expertise in selling technology solutions and your ability to build strong relationships with senior executives will be instrumental in achieving our sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s
customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements and skills
• Familiar with the Solar system and product
• Familiar with the PV policy in Greece and other south European countries
• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager,
consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and
conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and
effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
